Starflam ECO-FR polyamides Manufactures by Eurostar Engineering Plastics available in both reinforced and unreinforced grades, have been formulated to provide a wide range of properties such as high impact, tight tolerances, elongation and high modulus while providing flame retardancy such as UL94 V-2 to V-0 down to 0.4 mm and 5VB – 5VA, UL746C up to class f1. LOXIOL® are the plastics additives brand names of Emery Oleochemicals. Our products are based on natural resources for the processing of plastics materials. The different grades of LOXIOL® pentaerythritol esters produced by Emery Oleochemicals offer similar benefits. When feeding an injection molding machine or an extruder using plastics compounds that contain LOXIOL® pentaerythritol esters, improved feed behavior are achieved and granules are prevented from melting in the feed zone (bridge formation). LOXIOL® pentaerythritol esters also have a favorable influence on the tool filling speed by lowering friction.
