Synthetic cis-butadiene functionalized rubber SIBUR BR-1243 E-Pro is the polymerization product of butadiene in solution in the presence of neodymium catalyst; 1,4-cis at least 97%; polydispersity not more 2.6. The polymer is stabilized by non-staining antioxidant and contains no nitrosamines or substances that may be a source of nitrosamines. The product is characterized by improved processability.

OMNISTAB® LS 622 is an oligomeric hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS). Furthermore, it is effective as antioxidant and contributes significantly to the long-term heat stability of polyolefins and tackifier resins.

Flamtard V grades are inorganic silicate based flame retardant synergists, chemically modified to control the glass transition temperatures over which they soften (470-500 °C). Above this they convert into a highly viscous molten state in which they can help to reduce the creation and propagation of micro cracks in char formation during polymer combustion. Flamtard V can also improve adhesion of metal oxide residues and oxidized organic materials, leading to mechanically stronger chars. Flamtard V can be used in mica filled silicon based security cables, flame retardant intumescent PVC and PUR materials for the building and construction industry, polyamides and polyolefins. For other polymers, check the potential stability with TGA first. This proven replacement for antimony trioxide can be used alone or in conjunction with other materials in the Flamtard range.

Charmax™ Sb-S is a hiqh quality standard grade of Antimony Trioxide used as a flame retardant synergist in plastics, rubber, adhesives and coatings. PEXIDAN® SX523 pre-grafted black base is mixed with crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM493 or CM497 in the ratio 95:5. This system is carbon loaded, with high UV stabilization, and has been developed especially for usage on overhead power cables insulation according NFC 33-209, “Câble Torsadé”. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only.

The graft compound contains a non-staining stabilizer and an effective tree retarder, giving outstanding long term retention of dielectric strength. This compound is typically used in conjunction with crosslinkable semi-conducting material for conductor and insulation shields. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only.

PEXIDAN® X/T-UV is a low density flame-retardant XLPE system curable by moisture and consists of a silane pre-grafted base compound A-3001 and a flame-retardant catalyst masterbatch CAT-005FR-UV1. Mixed and extruded in the proper proportions the two-component system results in a material that is curable by exposure to 70-95°C hot water or even ambient moisture.
