Deuteron® LE 100 LV stands as a 100% active conductivity additive leveraging tetraalkyl-ammonium ethyl sulfate. These anti-static additives facilitate fine-tuning surface and volume resistivity across various systems. Deuteron LE 100 LV is a carrier-free liquid that ensures easy integration without introducing potentially undesirable solvents into a system. These products blend seamlessly into all solvent mixtures commonly employed in coatings, although slight turbidity might occur. They are solvent-free, fluid, and effortlessly dosed at room temperature.

Trapylen® 186 EAC is a chlorinated polypropylene dissolved in ethyl acetate. With a higher chlorine content compared to other Trapylen® grades, it exhibits good compatibility with other resins and polymers, excellent pigment wetting, and results in a high-gloss, chemically resistant film. The main advantage of Trapylen® 186 EAC is its outstanding adhesion to untreated polypropylene, PP/EPDM thermoplastic rubber, and, with limitations, polyethylene. However, its resistance against fatty oil and grease is limited.

Trapylen® 186 X is a medium-chlorinated polypropylene dissolved in xylene. Characterized by a higher chlorine content compared to other grades, it exhibits relatively good compatibility with other resins and polymers, along with excellent pigment wetting. The cured film produced by Trapylen® 186 X boasts high gloss and remarkable chemical and aging resistance. Its primary advantage lies in its outstanding adhesion to untreated polypropylene, PP/EPDM thermoplastic rubber, and, to a limited extent, polyethylene.

Trapylen® 5650 UV is a chemically modified low chlorinated polypropylene, dissolved in reactive, UV-curable monomer isobornyl acrylate (IBOA). It has outstanding affinity to polyolefinic plastics such as PP, PP/EPDM thermoplastic rubbers and reasonable adhesion to PE. Furthermore TRAPYLEN® 5650 UV obtains excellent bonding strength between PP and alumina. For UV-curing screen printing inks TRAPYLEN® 5650 UV is used as adhesion additive/promoter.
