Neptune 1-N1 is a medium MW synthetic wax treated to provide water wettability. Neptune 1-N1 is used in water-based inks and coatings. Neptune 1-N1 is used in both air dry and baked coatings.

EBECRYL® 331 is a wetting and dispersing agent designed for use in both solvent-free and solvent-containing UV systems. Functioning as a low molecular weight additive, it actively deflocculates and stabilizes pigments through electrical charging at the pigment surface. The high wetting power of EBECRYL® 331 enables the formulation of coatings and inks with elevated gloss and improved color strength. Additionally, it effectively prevents the settling of pigments and extenders, contributing to good leveling properties in the final product. This dispersant and wetting agent belong to the chemical family of bentonite and is applied in various end uses such as radiation-curable coatings, screen printing inks, inkjet inks, flexography inks, and gravure inks. It is labeled as VOC-free and Bisphenol A-free.

NovaCentrix Metalon HPS-021LV is an electrically conductive silver flake ink designed to produce conductive traces on low-temperature to high-temperature substrates such as paper, PET, glass, polyimide, and silicon. Metalon HPS-021LV ink is specially formulated for screen printing. It is a water-based Ag flake ink.

Glissaspray 8 is a spray micronized fischer-tropsch wax.

OG840 is a curing agent which find its applications in screenprinting where a good thermal resistance is required.

The average particle size is 200 nanometers and range in size from about 50 nm to 500 nm.

126-28 is a carbon filled, screen-printable, electrically conductive ink suitable for application by screen-printing, dipping and syringe dispensing. This product features excellent adhesion to Kapton, Mylar, and a variety of other surfaces. ME8155 is a silver filled paste, reworkable, solvent free, and electrically and thermally conductive. It exhibits outstanding flexibility for bonding materials having highly mismatched CTE's (i.e., alumina to aluminum, silicon to copper). This paste can be used for screen printing and it can be readily reworked at 80-100°C.

KaMin® 90 is a high brightness, fine particle size, general-purpose filler with moderate water demand. KaMin® 90 is ideally suited for solvent and water-borne paint, ink and adhesive applications where high gloss, holdout and controlled rheology are important.

Glazex 5 HB kaolin is an ultra-fine particle-size grade that contains high brightness.

NovaCentrix Metalon HPS-FG57B offers good conductivity, excellent adhesion and is water resistant. It is a Ag flake ink in butyl carbitol.

BA Series pad printing ink is a high-gloss, easy-to-use, all-purpose 1- or 2-component pad printing ink. It is a fast-drying ink that adheres to a wide range of substrates, such as ABS, SAN, Rigid PVC, pre-treated polypropylene and polyethylene, polyester, polycarbonates, hard plastics, acrylics, wood, and finished substrates. As a two-component ink, the BA series offers exceptional abrasion resistance. Significantly increase abrasion resistance with the addition of hardener. In addition, the BA series has an extended pot life of 8-9 hours, easily lasting an entire production shift.

Glissawax PSF-7 is an air-sprayed micronised polyethylene wax with an average particle size of 7 - 9 microns, widely used in paste and liquid ink formulations for gold and silver printing inks and has least effect on the gloss.

SYNTRAN® DR 7011 is based on our polymeric surfactant technology. 4719 Top Coat Clear is a blend of “high tech” polymers specifically synthesized and produced for metal decorating applications. It has been developed to meet new appliance and automotive specifications. It has superior resistance to laundry group detergents and the new generation spot removers.

UV479 is a UV reflection coating in the UV-C band region (250-280 nm) which has high reflectance about twice as aluminum substrate. It also has a high durability which allows its operation even at high output.

Sunspacers™ 04.X are finely divided, optically clear, solid fused amorphous silica micronized powders. This product is specially engineered for paints, liquid and powder coatings, inks, adhesives, and thermoplastics, including UV curable compositions. These micronized powders increase corrosion resistance, reduce shrinkage, improve adhesion, and enhance surface qualities including abrasion, mar and scratch resistance. Sunspacers™ 04.X have a median particle size of approximately 3-4 microns, with a particle size range of 0.5 microns to 13 microns.

NovaCentrix Metalon HPR-059 water-based carbon black is a resistive ink with good adhesion, with the added benefit of water cleanup. Ideal for paper, plastics, glass, and metal substrates.

TINOX RED 4820P pigment is suitable for most applications except where a high degree of fastness is required and special for plastic

Glissamide 80010 is a micronized amide/polyethylene wax blend.

Parchvale Limited Wax Emulsion 4400 is an an oxidized non-ionic polyethylene wax emulsion.

XFlexx is a durable UV flexible ink by Inkcups. This flexible ink was created to enable printing on flexible items such as coolers and plastic bottles without cracking or distorting the image. XFlexx is available for all of Inkcups’ UV inkjet printers, including the Helix® in Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, White and Varnish.

120-07(LPS) is a screen-printable, electrically conductive ink, coating and adhesive suitable for application by stamping, screen-printing, dipping and syringe dispensing. This product features excellent adhesion to Kynar, Kapton, Mylar, polycarbonate, glass and can also be used on low surface energy coatings such as transparent conductive oxides. Unlike conventional conductive materials, this product is very resistant to flexing and creasing.
