LOXIOL® G 10 V is a Fatty acid ester compound product. LOXIOL® lubricants improve the flow of the polymer melt by reducing the friction of the polymer molecules both to each other and to the surface of the processing machine. The shares of both factors determining the overall friction depend on the compatibility of polymer and lubricant and on the dosage. The differentiation from a release agent is often blurred, as the higher the dosage is, the more lubricant accumulates at the contact area to the processing machine. LOXIOL® lubricants optimize the processing characteristics of PVC and improve the rheology of the polymer melt by reducing melt viscosity and friction during processing. Antifogging agents solve issues by altering the surface energy of plastics and/or water. They inhibit the formation of water droplets to create a homogeneous, transparent water layer.
