Andisil® OH 40 is a Low viscosity 3.5% silanol fluid. Andisil® OH Polymers are a series of silanol functional fluids with various viscosities and silanol contents. They are useful in the treatment of fillers and as Anti-Structuring additives in high consistency silicone rubber and silicone Room Temperature Vulcanizing (RTV) formulations. The low viscosity grades can be used as reactive diluents for high viscosity polymers to adjust the overall viscosity of the formulation. They have excellent stability and can be used with catalytic amounts of ammonium carbonate to treat reinforcing fillers in-situ. Andisil® OH products are pure and do not contain any plasticizers or additives. Curing of the Andisil® OH series can be achieved by all usual condensation crosslinkers (i.e. Alkoxy silanes, oxime silanes, acetoxy silanes) in conjunction with catalysts—the use of dibutyl tin dilaurate or stannous octoate have been found effective as catalysts for these reaction.

Connect Chemicals Phenoxyethanol is a bactericidal agent used in cosmetics as a preservative. Chemically it is an aromatic ether of Ethylene glycol. It presents itself as a viscous, transparent liquid, soluble in water and oil, stable in the absence of hydrochloric acid and strong oxidants, and with a weak smell of rose. It has a wide spectrum of action as an antimicrobial and is effective against Gram+ and Gram- bacteria, yeasts and mold. It acts by binding to the wall of bacteria blocking their vital functions, preventing their reproduction and causing their death. In cosmetics, phenoxyethanol is used to preserve the formulation from microbial contamination in concentrations between 0.5% and 0.8%. Phenoxyethanol is a clear, pleasantly smelling liquid that is mainly used as a preservative, but can also be used as fixative agent in perfumes.

Luna-ACMO has been used for UV and EB curable resins (primarily inks and coatings). It has been found that ACMO displays similar properties as other reactive diluent monomers, such as N-vinyl pirrolidone (NVP), but exceeds them in performance and safety. Luna-ACMO is used as a reactive diluent monomer for UV, EB curable resins in radicalic systems. Luna-ACMO has good compatibility with oligomers, multi-functional acrylates, and resin components having a quicker hardening speed in the polymerization process than Isobornyl Acrylate and Phenoxyethyl Acrylate. Luna-ACMO provides UV, EB curable resins made with a low hygroscopicity and good resistance to alkali, acids, and solvents. Moreover it has a nitrogen radical, which prevents generation of ozone inhibiting polymerization. This product is available in Europe, Asia and North America.
