ACP Composites Fiberglass Sheets - Natural are solid, high strength laminates consisting of fiberglass prepreg reinforced with high strength epoxy resin. They are FR4 grade fire retardant and can be safely substituted where G10 is called for. Fiberglass Sheets are Autoclave cured at high temperatures and pressure to ensure a strong, rigid product that cannot be re-shaped after cured. Unlike with a wet layup, Autoclave curing consistently yields flat, lighter weight sheets with minimal voids, waves or buildups.

Toray C640 is a cyanate ester resin system suitable for curing between 70°C (158°F) and 135°C (275°F). The medium viscosity resin is pre-impregnated into high-performance fibers such as carbon, glass and aramid. The system is capable of withstanding very high temperatures and is inherently flame-retardant. After a suitable post cure, the glass transition temperature can be increased to as high as 335°C (635°F).

HexPly® 954-3A is a 350ºF (177ºC) curing cyanate resin with a 400ºF (204ºC) glass transition temperature. Standard cure is two hours at 350ºF (177ºC). Glass transition temperatures can be maximized by a free-standing post cure at 450ºF (232ºC). HexPly® 954-3A is a controlled flow cyanate resin designed for autoclave and vacuum bag curing. HexPly® 954-3A can be impregnated on all available fibers and fabrics. The recommended lay-up procedure for HexPly® 954-3A is HSP-L3. The recommended cure procedure is HSP-C1. Typical applications for HexPly® 954-3A are primary and secondary space structures where dimensional stability and low moisture absorption are required.
