Crystic® Primecoat is a high build, polyester coating material which allows the rapid surfacing of patterns constructed from wood, MDF, GRP etc. It can be applied wet-on-wet up to a thickness of 1.5mm in one operation without sagging or draining from vertical surfaces. The material hardens rapidly and when cured can be easily sanded to a very smooth finish which can be polished to a surface glossy enough for many applications.

Crystic® Glosscoat is a polyester coating designed to be applied over prepared crystic primecoat to give a glossier and more durable surface. The material hardens rapidly and can be easily sanded to a smooth surface which can be polished to high gloss. It is designed for spray application using gravity fed, siphon or pressure pot systems.

The fiber melts at approximately 480°F (249°C). The fabric leaves a medium surface impression for priming and secondary bonding and is available in precision slit widths. AeroWindTech AWTNPP 520 SRG is a high temperature Nylon release peel ply coated with a release agent. This fabric will provide ease of release while using most pre-pregs and resin systems and is specifically designed for vacuum bag lay-up composites and metal-to-metal bonding structures. AWTNPP-520-SRG is produced from 100% nylon 6, 6 fiber and melts at approximately 480°F (249°C). This product is not recommended for phenolic systems. This fabric leaves a fine surface impression for priming and secondary bonding and is available in precision slit widths.

Toray Toray Microply™ TC235SF-1 is a composite surfacing film designed to provide paintable composite surfaces off of the tool. It may be cured under vacuum-only pressure or under low autoclave pressure. The surfacing properties of Toray MicroPly™ TC235SF-1 allow smooth, paintable surfaces, even with thin-skinned honeycomb-stiffened composite structure. Epoxy Surfacing System 121°C–177°F (250°F–350°F).

AeroWindTech AWTNPP 204 is designed for vacuum bag lay-up composites, metal-to-metal bonding structures, and resin infusion layup processes. It is a white nylon with red tracers to prevent material being left behind. This Heat Set and scoured finish material is a 100% Nylon 6, 6 fiber and melts at approximately 419° F (212° C). This product is not recommended for phenolic systems. The fabric leaves a rough surface impression for priming and secondary bonding and is available in precision slit widths.
