Aether Industries Limited, based in Surat (Gujarat, India), focuses on producing advanced intermediates and specialty chemicals involving complex chemistries and cutting edge technologies.  Our products find a variety of applications in the EV, pharmaceutical, agrochemical, material science, CASE, additives, and oil and gas segments.  We are one of the leading manufacturers of advanced intermediates for the generic pharmaceutical industry in India.  Aether currently owns and operates two large scale manufacturing plants and an R&D center comprising large lab areas and an extensive, state-of-the art pilot plant.  Our business models range from products-offered to contract manufacturing and process development services.

In June 2022, Aether became a publicly listed company on the India NSE and Bombay Stock Exchange.  Our IPO attests to our history of successful performance and our ongoing commitment to future growth.

Biova provides 100% US made, water-soluble egg membrane (WSEM) ingredients to the dietary supplement, skin care and pet care industries.

We work with some of the largest egg production facilities in the US to reclaim from the waste stream the source material for our ingredients. Through the removal of the membrane, the remaining eggshell is then easier to process into calcium supplementation for feed and fertilizer.

Biova’s commitment to sustainability helps to keep over 2 billion eggshells from landfills per year.

Our patented manufacturing process produces water-soluble ingredients, which means expanded delivery options for formulators. Because you get so many beneficial compounds from one ingredient, there is no need to try to fit multiple ingredients in one formulation. Biova’s ingredients can be incorporated into traditional tablets and capsules as well as gummies, chews, beverages, stick packs, chocolates, bars, powders, etc.

In 1959, entrepreneur Robert H. Dallas formed what was to become one of the larger privately-owned chemical companies in the United States in the post-war era. In 1989, a newly formed The Dallas Group of America, Inc. was established as a spin-off and grew into a diversified manufacturer of basic and specialty chemicals.

The Dallas Group produces the highest quality synthetic magnesium silicates, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, and lignosulfonates and serves customers in more than 100 countries. The company operates multiple manufacturing and packaging facilities in North America, China, and Europe.

The Dallas Group’s laboratories are staffed with degreed chemists, engineers, and technicians performing more than 50,000 tests each year to ensure that all products and raw materials meet specifications for quality and purity. Selected staff routinely participate in the AOCS Approved Chemists Program and have been awarded Proficiency Program Winner status in AOCS’s NIOP Fats and Oils Program numerous times.
