    Finester 2009 is both a vegetable-based, non-ionic emulsifier/wetting agent and a surfactant that combines the cleansing properties of polyglycerol esters with the conditioning and moisturizing properties of lactylate chemistry. Finester 2009 acts as an efficient pigment wetting agent in both O/W and W/O bases. When used as a primary or secondary surfactant, Finester 2009 is the perfect candidate for formulating "Clean Beauty" personal care products.
