Cimbar Barimite XF is an off-white, high purity, natural barium sulfate. Barimite XF is recommended for use in coatings, indcluding automotive and industrial primes and topcoats. Additionally, Barimite XF is often used in high gloss enamels, powder coatings and semi-gloss and gloss latexes.Barimite XF can be used as a filler in polyurethane foams, plastics and plastisols, friction materials, rubbers, adhesives and acoustical compounds and other insulating materials. Barimite XF is easily dispersable and is often used to impart higher surface gloss, improved hide, improved mar resistance and impact resistance. Barimite XF also offers excellent sanding resist ance, and good scrub resistance to formulations.Barimite XF is chemically inert and is an excellent choice as a filler in corrosion resistant applications, flame retardant applications, and applications that require excellent weather resistance. Moreover, Barimite XF exhibits superior thermal stabilty up to 1580 °C. It is therefore recommended for use in heat resistant applications. Barimite XF helps increase heat distortion temperatures, and reduces compound stickiness.

HeBoFill® LL-SP 050 is a Boron Nitride powder with good crystallinity and a narrow grain size distribution. Its fine particle size and low agglomerate content makes it suitable for a wide variety of applications.

HeBoFill® CL-SP 009 is a pure boron nitride powder with high crystallinity and an average particle size of 9 μm. Delam Clay 802 C is a specially processed levigated delaminated kaolin with large & platy particles having a high aspect ratio which eventually reduces gas, vapor permeability which means improving barrier property in rubber inner-liners and other applications. In tire tread rubber compositions, it partially replaces silica and/or carbon black while maintaining acceptable physical properties of the rubber compositions and acceptable performance characteristics of the tires.

The curing mechanism of vinyl-functional silicone polymers (Andisil® VS) is a platinum catalyzed addition reaction with silicone crosslinkers containing silicon-hydride groups. The mechanical properties of the unfilled RTV are rather poor. Therefore the properties are improved with the addition of appropriate fillers i. e. Carbon black, fumed or precipitated silica and other fillers well known to formulators with expertise in compounding silicones. Andisil® VQM Products are comprised of vinyl-functional silicone polymers and vinyl-functional QM-resins. The product group is beneficial in formulating filler free, transparent systems which require good mechanical properties. The products will also enhance improvement of mechanical properties of filled formulations.

During injection molding, these talcs act as ideal reinforcing fillers which provide greater stiffness & impact strength better dimensional stability.
