    Kolliphor® SLS Fine is a white to off-white powder with faint characteristic odor. The product tends to agglomerate. The agglomerates exhibit a yellowish to brownish color and are completely soluble by heating and stirring. Solubilizing, the agglomerates does not influence the product quality. The product is characterized by a very high active substance matter and a very low content of inorganic salts and unsulfated fatty alcohol. Preferred areas of application are pharmaceutical emulsion, tablets and cream shampoos.

Its degree of polymerization (n) is adjusted to achieve a mean kinematic viscosity of 100 mm²/s at 25°C. This product finds primary application in the pharmaceutical sector, particularly as a fundamental raw material in pharmaceutical formulations.
