FluoroGrip® F (HD-FEP) Teflon® is made from high molecular weight resin for applications where chemical resistance, high flex life and stress-crack-resistant performance are required.

Neoflon PCTFE DF-0050C1 is a white solid film, excelling in water vapor barrier, transparency, chemical resistance, and electrical insulation. With optimal moisture prevention and less than 1% haze for transparency, it resists acids, alkalis, and organics over time. Enhanced wetting behavior through corona treatment. Pacur® HT Copolyester Sheet is an amorphous copolyester that combines excellent clarity and toughness with outstanding heat and chemical resistance. This new generation copolyester can be thermoformed with a wide processing window that allows for product designs that reflect intricate detail. The HT product is suitable for use with most forms of sterilization including ethylene oxide, gamma, electron beam, and gas plasma methods. It is NOT suitable for autoclave/steam sterilization. Pacur HT does not contain Bisphenol A (BPA). It is FDA and USDA approved for use in medical, pharmaceutical, and food packaging applications.

Grade MC320LE is a fine weave bleached cotton phenolic composite that has excellent machining characteristics and low moisture absorption. Applications include marine applications, terminal boards and parts requiring medium strength and excellent electrical characteristics. MC320LE meets or exceeds the requirements of MIL-I-24768/13 and ASMT F2953-12 Type FB. Certification to IEC standard is pending.

Grade RT310 is a tube made from a medium weight canvas fabric combined with a phenolic resin that has good physical properties and machining characteristics. Typical applications include textile bobbins, lap spools and structural parts that require good impact strength. RT310 also complies with MIL-I-24768/16, Type FBM, ASTM D709 Type II Grade C and IEC-61212-3-1 PF CC 22.

Fine weave canvas phenolic material with fabric construction weight intermediate to NP310 and NP320. NP342 is designed for better machining than grade NP310 and lower cost than NP320. NP342 meets or exceeds the requirements of MIL-I-24768/16 and IEC-60893-4-PF CC 201.

This material is ideal for fabrication of low power loads, attenuators, ring chokes and other RF absorbing elements at microwave frequencies. RS-4050 can be supplied in custom cast configurations, standard stock shapes of plates, rods and bars, or in pourable kits.

Pacur® RPETG Copolyester Sheet is extruded from a mixture of Pacur’s internally-generated PETG recyclable material and regrind (scrap) material obtained from outside sources. Material obtained from the outside sources has wide variations of quality level. This material is intended for use in “utility” non-FDA applications.

Typical uses include retainers for ball-bearings and applications that require fine machining characteristics. RTB320X also complies with MIL-I-24768/13, Type FBE, ASTM D709 Type II Grade LE and Federal Specification WW-L-2887 and IEC 61212-3-1 PF CC 21.
