LEECAST 37-90 is a proprietary anhydride cured epoxy system. LEECAST 37-90 is light in color and may be used with features a convenient 1:1 by volume mix ratio. Electrical properties are excellent. Mechanical and thermal properties are also very good - comparable with resins cured with amine hardeners.

RS-2295 is a patented, high density filled, castable, lead free insulating grade epoxy resin specifically designed for high voltage insulator applications requiring X-Ray Shielding. PEXIDAN® HF SX524 has been developed specially for particularly optical fiber ADSS (all dielectric self-supporting) communication cables to be installed on overhead power distribution networks. The material is black in color and suitable for outdoor use with excellent tracking and UV resistance.

RS-2926 is a castable high temperature toughened epoxy resin that has the look and feel of a thermoplastic and/or urethane but offers higher temperature resistance than cast urethanes. It’s good impact strength makes this material and excellent choice for higher temperature applications.

This system is carbon loaded, with high UV stabilization, and has been developed especially for usage on overhead power cables insulation according NFC 33-209, “Câble Torsadé”. Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only.

LEECAST 23-130-5 is a unique urethane system that contains neither MOCA nor TDI. LEECAST 23-130-5 is designed to provide excellent dielectric properties over a wide temperature range. It has good low temperature flexibility and is ideally suited for protecting pressure sensitive glass diodes and other fragile electrical circuitry in UL-listed products. Its low viscosity and long pot life make it attractive for penetrating complex modules and for the aggregate casting method of encapsulation and potting. LEECAST 23-130-5 also features excellent reversion resistance and hydrolytic stability.

PEXIDAN® SX522A pre-grafted base is mixed with crosslinking catalyst masterbatch CM401 in the ratio 95:5. This system has ambient cure.

RS-2297 is a patented, very high density, filled, castable, lead free insulating grade epoxy resin specifically designed for high voltage insulator applications requiring x-ray shielding. This material provides greater than 28% of the x-ray shielding of lead metal, and has superior x-ray shielding to the industry standard 30% lead oxide filled “orange” epoxy. This high density material is non-hazardous and meets UL94V-0 requirements.

RS-2922 is a 10% class filled version of RS-2920, castable toughened epoxy resin. This material has the look and feel of a thermoplastic and/or urethane but offers higher temperature resistance than cast urethanes. It’s high impact strength makes this material an excellent choice when urethanes are no sufficient to do the job.

RS-2299 is a patented, high density filled, castable, lead free insulating grade epoxy resin specifically designed for high voltage insulator applications requiring x-ray shielding. RS-3720 is a high performance rigid shore D-70 urethane material that has the look and feel of a thermoplastic material but can be cast into thin and thickwall parts. This material offers outstanding mechanical properties, including very high impact strength. This material can be pigmented to any color required.

PEXIDAN® HF SX612S pre-grafted base is mixed with catalyst masterbatch CM602 or CM601, in an addition rate between 5% and 10%, depending on extrusion conditions. This system has ambient cure. PEXIDAN® HF SX612S has been designed to meet the requirements of IEC 60092-351 HF90, EN 50363-5, EI5 type, EN 50525-1 and EN 50525-3-41.

Crosslinking is obtained by exposure to moist or hot water immersion only. PEXIDAN® HF SX623 has been designed to meet the requirements of IEC 60092-360 SHF2, BS 7655-2.6 SW4 and EN 50264 sheathing applications.

RS-3595 is a castable rigid urethane material that has the look and feel of a thermoplastic material but is easily cast into intricate thin and thickwall parts. It has good mechanical properties, has high strain capability and is easily pigmented into all opaque colors.

This material provides excellent electrical grade insulation properties, high mechanical properties, and superior resistance to chemicals including concentrated acids and mild alkalines.
