- The product belongs to opacifiers range which is rutile multipurpose titanium dioxide pigment produced by inorganic and organic surface treated
- It has fine particle size distribution and remarkable dispersibility, designed to give the excellent gloss, high opacity, better UV, weatherability, stability, outstanding durability and good dispersion properties
- White pigment opacifiers series is designed as a partial replacement of TiO2 in any TiO2 base thermoplastics & thermoset processing formulation. Up to 40% TiO2 Replacement in white masterbatches for films & mold applications
- The replacement range is 10 - 40% of the TiO2 loading, which results in equivalent opacity, optical properties & gloss
- These products are having very controlled FPV, which can offer better dispersion in critical applications like multilayer films, PFY/ PSF, BOPP/ BOPET & IM White MB applications & any Polymers extrusion
