Identification & Functionality

Plastics & Elastomers Functions
Chain Extender Series
The Chain Extender Series have terminal silicon-hydride functionality. This is beneficial in aiding the formulator by building molecular weight of the linear vinyl fluids in-situ during the curing reaction.
Hybrid Series
The Hybrid Series has both pendant and terminal silicon-hydride functionality which results in improved crosslink density.
Pendant Series
The Pendant Series has random pendant silicon-hydride functionality and are trimethylsiloxyterminated.
Specialty Series
The Specialty Series is for use with high phenyl containing polymers (>13 mole % phenyl) for which solubility is an important consideration.
