Staticide® Mighty Mask is a peelable, fast-curing, temporary solder masking agent designed for a variety of electronics manufacturing applications. It safeguards component-free areas on printed circuit boards during soldering and on components during conformal coating processes. A special heat-resistant compound is added to the latex to provide short-term, high-temperature protection, which makes it ideal for temperature-sensitive components in hand and wave soldering. In some environments, Staticide® Mighty Mask’s swift cure time allows for a usable, tack-free mask in one hour at 160°F or three hours at ambient temperatures. This plastic-safe, peelable solder can be easily removed by hand or with tweezers without leaving contaminating or corrosive residues. It is compatible with all cleaning solvents and flux types.

Staticide® 8690 Acrylic Conformal Coating is ideal for providing insulation against high-voltage arcing and corona shorts. This fast-drying formula creates a highly effective, firm, and durable acrylic barrier against environmental elements. The resilient, transparent coating provides exceptional acid resistance and won't fragment, chip, or crack. After curing, its self-healing properties offer protection against nicks and scratches. This ready-to-use formula performs well in both hot and cold environments and is suitable for both rigid and flexible PCBs and electronic assemblies.

Staticide® 8696 Urethane Conformal Coating is a super tough coating with excellent chemical resistance. It protects against acidic and alkaline substances, making it an ideal choice for many general applications such as HVAC, fire alarms, relays, generators, motors, transformers, and battery-operated devices. Being ACL's hardest transparent conformal coating, it will not crack, yellow, or discolor over time under normal use. It provides outstanding protection without RoHS or REACH SVHC chemicals.

Staticide® 8699 Heat Sink Grease is used to maximize heat transfer and dissipation from electronic and electrical components. This silicone-based material is thickened with a heat-conductive metal oxide to maintain a positive heat sink seal. With its excellent conductivity, it is an effective thermal coupler for any heat sink surface. Unlike some heat sink formulas, Staticide® 8699 Heat Sink Grease will not separate. The high dielectric strength and low bleed properties make it ideal for various applications, including engineering and design work. It is a one-component, ready-to-use product that does not dry out, harden, or melt.

Staticide® 8695 Silicone Conformal Coating provides superior corrosion protection on flexible and ridged printed circuit boards. It is the perfect choice for high-temperature applications in high-humidity environments. Although not intended for outdoor use, this product provides protection against intermittent exposure to rain and salt on printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies. This tough, transparent coating will not fragment, chip, or crack and provides exceptional acid resistance. Its maximum dielectric strength is 1100 volts/mil.
