- This masterbatch is used to reduce the friction coefficient between layers of PE films. The MBD 40245 is compatible with all grades of PE and EVA. It can be used with antiblocking agents when required. In some cases, this masterbatch may contribute to an antistatic effect. It may also be used as a mold release agent for injection molding, where it improves the gloss of the molded parts. The MBD 40245 must not be used in adhesive film formulations.
