AFCONA-3570 should be added at the end of the batch preparation.
- Addition and Dosage
0.5 - 1.5% on total formulation. In general, under normal condition, the dosage is 0.5 – 1.0% based on total formulation.

AFCONA-3570 is a fluorocarbon modified polyacrylic neutralized with a suitable amine and dissolved in water. It is suitable for all water-based paint.
The use of AFCONA-3570 gives the following advantages:- excellent anti-crater behavior
- better substrate wetting
- improved leveling
- no intercoat adhesion problem
In terms of anti-crater and substrate wetting, AFCONA – 3570 have super performance in these two properties. In most cases, AFCONA – 3570 is used to solve these two problems in water-based coating. AFCONA-3570 is recommended for use in all kinds of water-based coatings with a pH value ≥ 8.0

AFCONA-3570 should be stored in a cool dry place and protected against frost. When kept in an original unopened container, it will keep up to 3 years from the date of manufacture. The expiry date is indicated on the container.
