Film-forming agent - encapsulation of oil soluble flavors, food colors and vitamins. Protective agent for colloidal solutions and oenology. Gum Acacia is a Prebiotic, soluble, dietary fiber beneficial to gut health and is suitable for Diabetic diets and a source of ketogenic SCFAs.
