In comparison to all other defoamers of the Additol program Additol VXW 6211 is admitted according to the Federal Health Administration, if the maximum quantity of 0.1 % in the dry film is not surpassed.

Physiologically safe defoamer which, according to the Food Law, recommendation XXXVI and XIV, can be used in the dry film with a maximum quantity of 0.1 %. Additol VXW 6211 can be applied in all emulsion paints. Especially good effectiveness in adhesives on the basis of polyvinyl alcohol.
- Processing Information
Additol VXW 6211 is mostly applied undiluted. A pre-dilution with water at a ratio of 1 : 1 (defoamer/water) is possible. We recommend for clear-coats and adhesives incorporating Additol VXW 6211 into the undiluted binder solution while stirring well.

At temperatures up to 25 °C storage stability packed in original containers amounts to at least 365 days. Phase separation is possible, however it can be avoided by careful stirring.
