ACURE™ 510-300 is a malonate-functional high-flow polyester resin utilized as a donor resin in ACURE™ non-isocyanate coating systems. ACURE™ topcoats formulated with ACURE™ 510-300 showcase outstanding hardness development, excellent outdoor durability, high cross-link densities, and remarkable chemical resistance. These paints offer extremely fast dry times, long pot lives, and tunable open times. Key features include faster cycle time, low energy consumption, high film thickness, high popping limit, long pot life, high gloss, and improved chemical resistance.

Storage and Handling

In the original sealed containers, this product is stable for 1 year at temperatures up to 100°F.

Care should be taken not to expose the product to high temperature conditions, direct sunlight, ignition sources, oxidizing agents, alkalis or acids. Storage and handling should be in stainless steel, amber glass, amber polyethylene or baked phenolic lined containers. Wash thoroughly after handling. Keep container tightly closed.
