ACURE™ 510-400, a low molecular weight, acetoacetate functional resin, enhances water and humidity resistance in ACURE™ non-isocyanate systems. Serving as a reactive diluent and modifying donor resin, it facilitates cross-linking and integration into the polymer network. Specifically designed for top coats and solvent-borne coatings on metal surfaces, it boasts features such as low energy consumption, high film thickness, extended potlife, excellent scratch resistance, and a glossy finish.

Storage and Handling

In the original sealed containers, this product is stable for 1 year at temperatures up to 100°F.

Care should be taken not to expose the product to high temperature conditions, direct sunlight, ignition sources, oxidizing agents, alkalis or acids. Storage and handling should be in stainless steel, amber glass, amber polyethylene or baked phenolic lined containers. Wash thoroughly after handling. Keep container tightly closed.
