Special Properties and Uses

BECKOPOX™ EP 2350w/60WA is a solid epoxy resin dispersion in water with improved chemical resistance. In combination with suitable amine hardeners such as BECKOPOX™ EH 613w or BECKOPOX™ EH 623w fast drying coatings for metallic and mineral substrates can be formulated. BECKOPOX™ EP 2350w is not shear stable. Grinding of pigments and fillers shall be done in the hardener.

Suggested Uses and Processing Information

MIXING RATIO AND POT LIFE

A blend of 100.0g BECKOPOX™ EP 2350w/60WA, 25.0g BECKOPOX™ EH 613w/80WA 30.0g deionized water has a processing time at 23°C of approx. 60 min. The end of processing time can not be seen by an increase of viscosity or gelation. Therefore it is necessary to use the material within the stated time limit. The substrate temperature should not be below 12°C and the relative humidity not above 80%.
