EBECRYL® 855 is a polyester acrylate resin designed for parquet floor and furniture applications. When cured by ultraviolet light (UV) or electron beam (EB), films of EBECRYL® 855 exhibit excellent adhesion, high toughness, and good abrasion resistance. This resin is characterized by features such as faster cycle time, low-temperature curing, low energy consumption, long pot life, good toughness, excellent adhesion, multi-substrate adhesion, and abrasion resistance. Additionally, it is labeled as low carbon footprint (PCF), solvent-free, and VOC-free

Storage & Handling

Storage and Handling
Before using Ebecryl 855, consult the Safety Data Sheet for additional information on hazards, handling procedures, and recommended protective equipment. The recommended storage temperature range for EBECRYL 855 is 4°C to 40°C (39°F to 104°F). Care should be taken not to expose the product to high temperature conditions, direct sunlight, ignition sources, oxidizingagents, alkalis or acids. This might cause uncontrollable polymerization of the product with the generation of heat. Storage and handling should bein stainless steel, amber glass, amber polyethylene or baked phenoliclined containers. Procedures that remove or displace oxygen from thematerial should be avoided. Do not store this material under an oxygen free atmosphere. Dry air is recommended to displace material removedfrom the container.
