EBECRYL® 7100 is an acrylate functional oligomeric amine resin generally used as an additive or diluent for more viscous oligomers. When used in formulations with a photoabstraction type photoinitiator (e.g. Benzophenone), EBECRYL 7100 has an accelerating effect on the UV cure speed. EBECRYL 7100 also promotes adhesion to plastic substrates such as polyester, ABS, polycarbonate and polypropylene oxide. It is recommended for use in: adhesives and coatings for plastics, clear coatings for paper, screen ink vehicles, metal decorating inks and coatings, wood fillers and coatings, lowering viscosities of other resin systems, and accelerating UV cure response.

EBECRYL 1200 is an acrylate functional acrylic resin supplied in 45% by weight of butyl acetate. Upon evaporation of the solvent, films of EBECRYL 1200 are physically dry and tack-free and after UV/EB curing are hard and chemical resistant without embrittlement. The viscosity and cured properties can be adjusted with the addition of reactive diluents such as 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate (HDDA), isobornyl acrylate (IBOA), trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA), and tripropylene glycol diacrylate (TPGDA). A suitable photoinitiator must be added for polymerization with UV energy.

EBECRYL® 160 is a reactive diluent compatible with a wide range of acrylated resins used in UV/EB curing applications. Hardness, abrasion resistance, and high gloss properties make EBECRYL®160 popular for overprint varnishes, inks, coatings and electronic applications such as photoresists.

EBECRYL® P115 is a copolymerizable amine used as a hydrogen donor, or photoactivator, in ultraviolet light (UV) curable coatings and inks.
