This product is designed as a hard surface cleaner readily available for super industrial cleaning such as in a mop bucket or can easily be diluted for general purpose cleaning.

Uses

As a concentrated source of hydrolytic (degrading) enzymes which can be used in a great variety of industrial and enzyme‐bearing animal feed supplements. Bacillus licheniformis protease is particularly useful in industrial and agricultural processing applications because of its high degree of stability.

  • Lipase‐ One unit of enzyme activity (FIP Unit) is defined as that quantity of a standard lipase preparation (Fungi Lipase‐International FIP Standard) thatliberates the equivalent of 1μmol of fatty acid per minute from the Substrate Emulsion under the described assay conditions.
  • Protease-One bacterial protease unit (PC) is defined as that quantity of enzyme that that produces the equivalent of 1.5 mg per mL of l‐tyrosine per minute under the conditions of the assay.
