Andur

Andur 9500 APLF is a polyether (PPG) based liquid, toluene diisocyanate terminated prepolymer containing 0.1% or less free TDI monomer. An elastomer with a hardness of 95 Shore A is obtained when this prepolymer is cured with Curene 442 [4,4'-methylene-bis (orthochloroaniline)]. Elastomers of lower hardness can be obtained by curing Andur 9500 APLF with polyols and their combination with Curene 442 and other diamines, or by the use of plasticizers.

Andur® 9500 APLF

Andur 9-APF-LM is a polyester based liquid, toluene diisocyanate terminated prepolymer. An elastomer with a hardness of 89 to 92 Shore A is obtained when this prepolymer is cured with Curene 442 [4,4'-methylene-bis (orthochloroaniline)]. Elastomers of lower hardness can be obtained by reaction with various polyols and their combination with Curene 442 and other diamines, or through the use of plasticizers.

Andur 9500 AP/Curene® 442 is a Polyurethane (Polyether, TDI) (PUR-Ether/TDI) product. It is available in North America.

Andur® 9500 AP/Curene 442

Andur 1-75 DP is a polyether based liquid isocyanate-terminated prepolymer. An elastomer with a hardness of 73-77 Shore D is obtained when this prepolymer is cured with Curene 442 [4,4'- methylene-bis (orthochloroaniline)]. Elastomers of lower hardness can be obtained by reaction with various polyols and their combination with Curene 442 and other diamines, and by the use of plasticizers.

Andur® 1-75 DP/Curene 442

Andur 7501 DPLF is a polyether (PPG) based liquid, toluene diisocyanate terminated prepolymer containing .1% or less free TDI. An elastomer with a hardness of 74 to 77 Shore D is obtained when this prepolymer is cured with Curene 442 [4,4'-methylene-bis (orthochloroaniline)]. Elastomers of lower hardness can be obtained by reaction with various polyols and their combination with Curene 442 and other diamines, or through the use of plasticizers.

Andur® 7501 DPLF/Curene 442

Andur 8 APLM is a polyester based liquid, toluene diisocyanate terminated prepolymer. An elastomer with a hardness of 79 to 82 Shore A is obtained when this prepolymer is cured with Curene 442 [4,4'-methylene-bis (orthochloroaniline)]. Elastomers of lower hardness can be obtained by reaction with various poyols and their combination with Curene 442 and other diamines, or through the use of plasticizers.

Andur® 8 APLM

Andur 1-95AP is a polyether (PTMG) based liquid, toluene diisocyanate terminated prepolymer. An elastomer with a hardness of 95 Shore A is obtained when this prepolymer is cured with Curene 442 [4,4'-methylene-bis (orthochloroaniline)]. Elastomers of lower hardness can be obtained by curing Andur 1-95AP with polyols and their combination with Curene 442 and other diamines, or through the use of plasticizers.

Andur® 1-95 AP/Curene 442

Andur M-95 AS is a custom formulated MDI based polyurethane elastomer system. It is designed as a low cost, easily processed candidate for use in dunnage applications. M-95 AS is a two component, 1:1 ratio (weight) system that can be processed at room temperature and yields a 95 Shore A elastomer. The system needs no post cure and contains no TDI.

Andur® 2-95AP/Curene 280

Andur 800-DP is the result of several years of research to develop a high performance, moderate cost prepolymer for the cast urethane industry. This new product is a poly-ester/ether, toluene diisocyanate-terminated prepolymer. An elastomer with a hardness of 80 Shore D is obtained by reaction with Curene 442. Elastomers of lower hardness can be obtained by reaction with various polyols and their combination with Curene 442 and other diamines, or by the use of plasticizers.

Andur® 800 DP/Curene 442

Andur 8-6APSLM is a polyester based liquid, toluene diisocyanate terminated prepolymer designed to remain liquid at room temperature. Elastomers with a Shore A durometer hardness of 84-87 can be obtained when Andur 8-6APSLM is cured with Curene 442 [4,4'-methylene-bis (orthochloroaniline)]. Elastomers of lower hardness can be prepared by curing Andur 8-6APSLM with various polyols, combinations of polyols and Curene 442, other diamines, or through the use of plasticizers.

Andur 7003AP-M is a polyether (PPG) based liquid, toluene diisocyanate terminated prepolymer. A water-white clear elastomer with a hardness of 70 Shore A is obtained when this prepolymer is cured with Curene 89-LC. Elastomers of lower hardness can be obtained through the use of plasticizers.
