  • Used for the production of dimethylol ethylene urea thermosetting resins in textiles and paper. 
  • Used as a scavenging agent to reduce the free formaldehyde in phenolic, melamine, glyoxal, and urea-formaldehyde resin systems for the coatings, construction, and textile industries.
  • Used in various kinds of formaldehyde removing reagent eg. For resinous product, high effect formaldehyde removing detergent, long-term formaldehyde dissolution intermediate, formaldehyde removing for leather, rubber, textile coating, and photocatalyst.
  • Used in textile anti-crease finish, anti-tearing finish.
  • In the flavor and fragrance industry, the product is used as a release control agent.
  • As a raw material, it can be used in pesticides.
  • In the biological industry, it can be used for producing growth regulators for plants, disinfectants, inhibitors, herbicide, etc.
  • The pharma industry is using the product as intermediate for antibiotics such as Mezlocillin and Azlocillin.
