MoldWiz® INT-1E-11S - A process aid additive with surfactant properties which is added directly to the aqueous solution. The addition of this process aid additive gives the resin improved wetting properties of the paper or substrate being impregnated, reducing or eliminating voids and dry spots. The process aid additive will not interfere with adhesion properties between paper laminates. It will function as an excellent release agent causing the laminate to release easily and cleanly from the caul plate without leaving any residue. This product contains no silicone, no wax and no metallic stearates.

Improves resin flow, improves dispersion of other resin additives (reinforcements, fillers, and pigments), shortens cycle times, reduces temperatures and pressures of molding machines, and reduces or eliminates weld/knit lines. An effective addition of process aid additive will not have any adverse effect on physical properties or secondary operations such as decorating, printing, bonding, or plating.

There is an increase in elongation percentage and tensile strength with many formulations.
