Moistureguard™. A substantive, cationic liposome encapsulating a moisture protection (petrolatum, and silicone) with a positive charge. It targets damaged zones, where it melts on the skin and delivers a moisturizing shield. Intensely repairs dehydrated skin, up to 8 hours after application.
