The Emulan types are emulsifi ers for the preparation of stable oil-in-water and water-in-oil emulsions. Some of the Emulan types are also suitable for making or stabilizing water-based dispersions, such as wax, polymer and rubber dispersions, which are used for impregnating, lubricating, cleaning, polishing, protecting surfaces or preventing dust.
