BelGioioso Peperoncino is handcrafted from fresh local milk gathered daily from our local farmers. Spicy red pepper flakes are added during the cheese making process to create a hot, zesty pepper cheese. Made similar to Pepato, Peperoncino® is aged a minimum of 5 months, blending the smooth, mellow cheese with the spicy flavor of red hot peppers.
