Berjé Inc ALMOND OIL BITTER NATURAL

Berjé Inc ALMOND OIL BITTER NATURAL is derived from the pressed “cakes” of bitter apricot kernels. It has a strong, sweet, and clean aroma and is composed of nearly 98% pure benzaldehyde. This high level of natural benzaldehyde allows the material to be used in all manner of cherry, almond, cola, and pistachio profiles, making it an incredibly valuable component of natural flavor and fragrance work. This product also finds use in perfumery, adding a sweet top note to formulations that include anise, lilac, and other floral components.
