Berjé Inc METHYL ANTHRANILATE is somewhat musty and floral, with a woody undertone. It is commonly used as a fragrance ingredient for a variety of applications in the fragrance industry. It is available in liquid form and is TSCA-listed (USA). This product is a colorless aromatic chemical with a flavor highly reminiscent of concord grapes, commonly used in fruit compositions. Sweet and fruity with a slightly floral nuance, this aromatic is especially popular in grape flavorings for products such as wine, liquor, and chewing gum.
