ClipLock® is a two-part non sag methacrylate, structural bonding adhesive designed for the structural bonding of rotolocs, grommets, dishwasher mounts, sink clips into natural stone, granite, marble and porcelain counter top products. Combined at a ratio of 1:1, ClipLock has a working time of 4 to 8 minutes and achieves nearly 90 percent of its ultimate strength in 10 to 15 minutes at room temperature curing. ClipLock provides high strength bonds to the above reference surfaces with generally no preparation effort. ClipLock bonds very strongly to steel, stainless steel, and aluminum metals. Due to its high strength, keep groove widths and depths to a minimum, as wide and deep grooves may cause ClipLock to crack the granite upon reacting and shrinking. RodLock® is a two-part non sag methacrylate, structural bonding adhesive designed for the structural bonding of steel and fiberglass rods into natural stone, granite, marble and porcelain counter top products. BD54750 is a low viscosity polyamine epoxy product. The BD54750 is designed for metals and plastics bonding. This product is ideal for highway and bridge deck repairs, potting, casting, and encapsulation, floor systems, linings of tanks and pipes, and coatings. This product has good chemical, corrosion, and water resistance. It is especially formulated for a 1:1 mix ratio for use in side by side cartridges, or to be used by hand mixing, or use with meter mix equipment. A handling cure is normally achieved at room temperature within 4 hours with a full cure at room temperature within 48 hours. To accelerate the final cure, or to quicken the handling simply elevate the temperature.
