    Filling
    • For an optimum filling we recommend a recommend a temperature between 20 and 22°C with a relative humidity between 40% and 45% (ie. a weight of water in the air between 6 and 7.5g).
    • To maintain the capsules initial specifications, temperature and relative humidity have to be adjusted together to obtain a constant weight of water in the air (inside the recommended values).

    • Warehouse temperature : 15 - 25°C, Relative humidity : 35 - 65%
    • Cartons should be kept away from direct heat source or sun light
    • It is not recommended to use capsules at relative humidity which is higher than 55%
    • Keep PE bags sealed at all time with capsules inside
    Storage Before Opening

    As hard capsules are very sensitive to humidity and temperature variations, we recommend a storage of our boxes at least 12 hours before opening in a specific area with a temperature between 18 and 24°C and a relative humidity between 40% and 50% to a void thermal shock (generating condensation inside the bags and hindering a correct capsule filling).
