BIOGRUND provides a wide range of film coating products which includes Bonulac®. It's a nutritional enteric coating product. It provides a protective film with excellent moisture sealing and enteric properties. With its superior taste and moisture protection it is recommended for the coating of natural extracts, fatty oils and substances with bad taste and odor. It is a combination of natural shellac with plasticizers, coloring additives and additional excipients. It is a homogeneous, dry-milled, powdered compound, developed for the coating of all kinds of solid dosage forms. Natural shellac is a film forming polymer, which gives enteric properties for nutritional products. It is easily soluble in water and a reproducible high quality film coating can be achieved. Clear, white and colored preparations can be tailor-made according to customer requirements. If you are looking for a vegan formula we can use alginate sodium as a polymer.
