Dispelair

Cyclon products are designed to counter the problems associated with deposition and dusting in the dryer section. The Cylcon range of products are typically applied continuously via a spray bar onto the drying cylinder or fabric. Some of the benefits obtained by applying Cylcon products are fewer machine breaks, reduced deposition, increased doctor blade life, reduced dusting and increased production.

Dispelair® CF 929 is a foam control agents for inks, excellent in clear and pigmented systems and can be applied in OPV's.

Dispelair® CF 37 is an antifoam used while drilling muds during the oil process in the Petroleum Industry. It can act quickly, is cost effective and can be supplied as emulsions or compounds.

Dispelair® DP 762 has been developed for paper and paper board systems which contain low levels of additives; for example, wet strength and dry strength polymers. Such systems are typically characterized by increased levels of surface foam. This system combines the excellent air removal properties of standard deaerators but with enhanced surface foam control.

Dispelair® Cyltac 115 is a base coat product to protect the yankee cylinder, release oils to control adhesion and modifiers to alter the properties of the base coat.

Dispelair® BS 25 is a silicone emulsion defoamer and consists of highly effective processing aids that remove foam in production and during the washing stages of the pulping process. Typically, the foam control agent is added during the screening and washing of brown stock.
