Dispelair

Cyclon products are designed to counter the problems associated with deposition and dusting in the dryer section. The Cylcon range of products are typically applied continuously via a spray bar onto the drying cylinder or fabric. Some of the benefits obtained by applying Cylcon products are fewer machine breaks, reduced deposition, increased doctor blade life, reduced dusting and increased production.

Dispelair® CF 57 is a bio-based foam control agent specially formulated from renewable sources such as natural oil.

Dispelair® DP 792 has been developed for paper and paper board systems which contain low levels of additives; for example, wet strength and dry strength polymers. Such systems are typically characterized by increased levels of surface foam. This system combines the excellent air removal properties of standard deaerators but with enhanced surface foam control.

Dispelair® CF 394 is a polyglycol based foam control agent. It is suitable for use in all types of PCES, highly effective in HPEG, MPEG and VPEG PCE production and are particularly effective when high compatibility and clarity are required within the PCE.

Dispelair FCA’s are designed to prevent air entrainment during the production of water-based paints. They also prevent air bubbles from causing defects in the paint film upon application. These products have been formulated to contain very low levels of VOC’s, making them suitable for all indoor applications.
