BRB Sempure 3733 is used in non-aerosol automotive products that may contain solvents (aliphatic hydrocarbons), e.g. paint polishes, paint conditioners, vinyl protectors and rinse aid in automatic car washes.
BRB Sempure 3733 is also suitable to improve softness, anti-wrinkle, ease of ironing and water absorbency to rinse cycle fabric softeners. BRB Sempure 3733 can be used as well as premium softener in textile finishing where it imparts excellent softness to both knit and woven fabrics.
- Usage Guidelines
BRB Sempure 3733 can be readily diluted with tap water for direct use. Demineralised water should be used if the diluted emulsion will be stored for a longer period of time.
In combination with emulsions based on polydimethylsiloxanes, e.g. BRB Sempure 60 or BRB Sempure HV 6500, the characteristics of vinyl conditioners can be exactly adjusted with regard to gloss and depth of image.
Textiles applications
BRB Sempure 3733 is easy to incorporate into rinse cycle fabric softener. It is recommended to mix it with the softener base after the cationic active is solubilized and at a temperature below 40°C. In textile finishing, BRB Sempure 3733 can be applied by padding or exhaustion.
