Intumax AC 3 is a highly efficient phosphate based halogen free fire retardant intumescent agent. It is pH neutral, and water insoluble. Intumax AC 3 is recommended for use in both indoor and outdoor application in resins including epoxies, acrylates, polyvinyl acrylate, PVA emulsions, and PVC. Applications where Intumax AC 3 has found utility vary greatly from waterborne paints and adhesives to wire and cable.
