Brook-Lytes is a non-medicated, pH-buffered electrolyte providing essential elements and energy for pigs of all stages. When added to drinking water, Brook-Lytes draws pigs to drink with its highly palatable formula and unique aromatic flavor to keep them hydrated and fortified with essential nutrients. Brook-Lytes replaces fluids, electrolytes and elements lost to metabolism and stressful situations such as weaning, climate change and disease.
The pH buffering ability of Brook-Lytes maintains a healthy digestive system by lowering the pH of the gut to encourage efficient digestion and reduce negative bacteria in the pig’s system. Plus, it only costs cents a day to use.

For 1 lb. bag of Brook-Lytes:
- In medicators/waters: Use 1 bag in 128 gallons of water (mix 1 bag into one gallon of water and meter at 1 oz per gallon of water).
- Tanks: Use 1 bag in 128 gallons of drinking water.
- Dispensers: Add 1 tsp to one gallon of water.
- In feed: Can be used in feed at a rate of five bags per ton of feed.
Note: For times of disease or stress, the above amounts may be doubled.
Brook-Lytes can also be mixed with medicines in water to help mask the bitterness of the medicine taste.
