BRUGGOLEN® H320 is a synergistic mixture of copper compounds, halides, and lubricants in powder form. This copper, salt-based antioxidant is in the form of powder and it provides excellent long-term protection of polyamides against embrittlement, powerful protection against premature fatigue and high temperatures up to 180°C.

- BRUGGOLEN® H320 / BRUGGOLEN® H321 is a very strong antioxidant for polyamides
- Note: The use of BRUGGOLEN® H320 / BRUGGOLEN® H321 leads to a characteristic green discoloration in polyamides. To avoid a dark brown or aubergine-colored discoloration refrained from using phosphites and sulfides.
- For specific applications specially tailored BRUGGOLEN® - additives can be offered Engineering Polymers, as well as AP-NYLON® Caprolactam, the key component for Cast Polyamide 6.

Processing
- The addition to the polymer melt is best done by compounding on twin screw extrusion machines. Only this will lead to the desired optimum dispersion of the stabilizer in the compound. Dry blending of BRUGGOLEN® H320 along with polymer granules will not lead to an optimum dispersion of the additive in the melt during injection molding.
- However, to support the dispersion of BRUGGOLEN® H320 when making a dry-blend, it is recommended that our BRUGGOLEN® P60 as adhesive agent is used.
