Brueggemann Ethanol 96% (Technical Quality) plays an important role in the manufacturing of cleaning materials and frost protection for windscreens, and when used in solvents. Ethanol is also often used for cooling during product processing, or to clean production equipment. As a manufacturer of ethanol BrüggemannAlcohol is also committed to producing consistently high-quality ethanol in the area of synthetics. Particularly for chemical synthetics, consistent product qualities play a decisive role in the process. Our Ethanol 96% in Technical Quality can be purchased with different denaturations (e.g. methyl ethyl ketone or Eurodenaturation 1/1/1 which contains methyl ethyl ketone, Isopropanol, and Bitrex) Our technical qualities are suitable for the following applications: Antifreeze for windscreens Solvents Excipient for synthetics Cleaning detergent Fuel E100 (ethanol serves as fuel (E100) for independent vehicle heaters in electric cars for instance) Cleaning of work equipment Ethanol as a cooling agent #Chemistryethanol #Ethanoldenat #Alcoholdenat

Brueggemann TP 1862
Function: Crosslinking Agent
Chemical Family: Zinc & Zinc Compounds
Labeling Claims: Cobalt-free, Dust-free
Features: Dust-Free, Good Mechanical Properties, Excellent Adhesion, Good Adhesion
Brueggemann TP 1862 is a combination of novolak-based resin along with a zinc-based catalyzing additive that additionally allows the elimination of cobalt and cobalt salts from steel-cord adhesion mixtures without sacrificing vulcanization activity, mechanical properties, and adhesion characteristics.Removing cobalt and resorcinol from adhesion mixturesSteel-cord adhesion mixtures are commonly used in tires and other applications such as hoses or conveyor belts. In such mixtures, state-of-the-art technology uses systems containing cobalt salts as catalysts or co-accelerators and adhesion promotors, as well as resorcinol resins to achieve desired mechanical properties. As both cobalt and cobalt salts, on one hand, and resorcinol, or resorcinol-based resins, on the other hand, are deemed to be problematic from an environmental safety and health (ESH) point of view, it is worthwhile finding a solution to reduce or even eliminate such critical substances from modern rubber mixtures. The elimination of resorcinol is already realized by a novolak-based reinforcing resin. Highlights of TP 1862:No cobaltNo resorcinolHigh adhesion to steelHigh mechanical propertiesLow zinc and heavy metal content
