Cargill’s Cleardex™ 28/42 IX Corn Syrup’s low protein and mineral contents make it ideal for applications such as infant formula and pharmaceuticals in which nutrient
control is desired. Its low dextrose content yields minimal sweetness and low hygro-scopicity, making it ideal for spray drying, coating, and bulking applications.
It also contributes to nutritive solids, body, mouthfeel, and crystallization control in many applications such as dairy, ice cream, and meats.
