IsoClear™ 42% High Fructose Corn Syrup has a high quality, clean, non-masking taste and clarity making it ideal for use in the food and beverage industries. This easy-handling, stable syrup with 94% (DSB) combined fructose and dextrose solids may be used to replace up to 100% of sucrose or invert syrup in many food and beverage applications.

IsoClear™ 42% High Fructose Corn Syrup complies with the Food Chemicals Codex 12th edition (FCC XII) monograph for High Fructose Corn Syrup.
IsoClear™ 42% High Fructose Corn Syrup meets all standards set by the International Society of Beverage Technologist (ISBT) for color, taste, odor, floc, and sediment.
IsoClear™ 42% High Fructose Corn Syrup complies with Canada’s Food and Drug Regulations Section B.01.010(3)(b) for Glucose – Fructose.
