IsoClear™ 55% High Fructose Corn Syrup’s sweetness and clean, non-masking taste makes the product ideal for use in the food and beverage industries. This easy- handling, stable syrup with 96% (DSB) combined fructose and dextrose solids may be used to replace up to 100% of sucrose or invert syrup in many food and beverage applications.

IsoClear™ 55% High Fructose Corn Syrup meets all standards set by the International Society of Beverage Technologists (ISBT) for color, taste, odor, floc, and sediment.
IsoClear™ 55% High Fructose Corn Syrup complies with Canada’s Food and Drug Regulations Section B.01.010(3)(b) for Glucose – Fructose.
