CBM Goat cream

CBM Goat Cream is obtained by skimming the cream off the milk. The cream is then pasteurized before being used to make products like cheese and ice cream. Extra ingredients, such as sugar and stabilizers, can be added if required. Pasteurized goat cream of Dutch origin is produced by pasteurization and skimming of goat milk. Cream is only frozen after production.
