CER-CANOLA is formulated with the patented technology of Ceramic Reinforced Technologies which “Ceramically Reinforces” the PTFE and provides superior heat transfer properties. The reinforcement significantly increases its durability and application range and the technology also provides improved EP, load carrying and anti-wear properties in fully formulated and finished coatings and lubricants. Benefits can include energy savings, smoother mechanical operation, extended life, and reduced maintenance costs of the object being coated or lubricated. The “reinforced” PTFE reduces surface to surface contact and scuffing while providing reliable low.

Dilution:
CER-CANOLA can be blended with most commercially available oils or greases. In large batch blending, the oil should be heated to 50-55⁰C (122-131⁰F). Stir the CER-CANOLA thoroughly for uniform consistency, then premix equal parts of CER-CANOLA and the other carrier(s)/diluents before blending with the balance of the carrier(s)/diluents. Agitate consistently by mechanical stirring throughout the blending operation. A small amount of soft settling of the larger particles may occur during long periods of storage. Mild agitation will restore these particles back into suspension. Always thoroughly agitate immediately before using the diluted form of CER-CANOLA.
Application:
For best results, use CER-CANOLA at one (1) percent PTFE/BN solids by weight in the finished oil, or approximately five (5) percent by weight of CER-CANOLA. The final concentration of CER-CANOLA should be chosen for the desired results and/or performance
